Refund policy
We currently do not offer returns as we are a small but happily growing business. (We do allow for exchanges under certain circumstances, see below.) We hope to offer the ability to make returns in the near future and thank you for your understanding. Please review all sizing guides, size selections, color selections, and product selections before completing the check-out process to ensure you have selected the correct items you wish to purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email hello@deroos.com for all related issues.
Exchanges
We want you to love our products as much as we do. We allow for exchanges if the size you ordered does not fit or for similar reasons open to our discretion. We cannot guarantee that the item you would like to receive in exchange is still available. Please email hello@deroos.com if you would like to initiate an exchange.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for damaged or incorrect items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds are only available for reasons listed above as returns are generally not accepted.
